The trash on the streets looks terrible. It’s depressing. The City of Chicago would look 10 times better if it wasn’t a dumpsite. The city can help too. I see a lack of trash cans. Hey, the city could even hire some people to clean up the trash that’s not in a barrel (this is done in Europe). It would help the economy.
