Thank you for your fair Oct. 8 editorial “Israel’s slap at Syria.” You gave the State of Israel the credit it deserves for responding to terror in a sensible and less violent way. You pointed out that in its action against Syria, Israel has once again proven to be a staunch ally of the U.S. and our battle against terrorists who target innocents.
