Alta Nemecek, nee Ranallo, 78, gently passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2003. She was born on July 3, 1925 in North Dakota, the daughter of the late Joseph and Angela Maria Ranallo; beloved wife of the late Joseph for 45 years; loving mother of the late Sharon Ann; dearest sister of Jean (the late Tony) Ebertz of Jamestown, ND; dear great-aunt of Sharon Gaska; and many other loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sister Elivera (Frank) Petrecca, Carmel (George) Sullivan and brother Albert (Helen) Ranallo. Formerly employed with Gunthorp-Warren and PhotoPress. A funeral mass to celebrate her life will be held Tuesday, December 2, at 10 a.m., at St. Joan of Arc Church, Lisle. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.
