Joe Magit, age 91, loving father of Carol (Jeff) Ross and Paul (Nilaya) Magit; cherished grandfather of Rob (Cindy), Lori, Stacey (Larry), Robyn (Steve), Tai and Dov-Sara; adored great-grandfather of Rebecca, Brittany, Hayley and Amaya; stepfather of Twana and Tanya; stepgrandfather of Virginie, Tano, Jenna and Tiana; dear brother of George and the late Harry, Carl, Jack and Frances. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, 3 p.m. at Congregation B’Nai Torah, 2789 Oak St., Highland Park, IL.
