Billy L. Parks, December 16, 2003 at the age of 81 years. Beloved husband of the late Janet, nee Wehr; dear father of Diane, nee Laidlaw, Long, the late Christine, nee Laidlaw, Nikols, Caroline, nee Parks, Sommerfield and John Parks; loving grandpa of Kelly and Katie Long, Jason and Zoe Nikols, and Erica and Otto Sommerfield; further survived by his brother Jack Parks; other relatives; and many dear friends.
