As the buzz continues over the latest controversy swirling around Charlie Hustle, I offer this thought. Why not allow Pete to become eligible for induction into baseball’s Hall of Fame upon his death? The possibility of a posthumous induction would offer something to both sides of the issue, i.e., those who espouse punishment and those who espouse forgiveness.
