Lorayne Edith Segers, longtime resident of Crete, passed away Jan. 6, 2004 in Richmond Hills, GA. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, the late John Segers (1986) and her daughter, Barbara Segers; she is survived by her loving, devoted children, Pamela Segers of Crete, and Rebecca Pearson of Jacksonville Beach, FL; she was the cherished grandmother of Marlon Segers, Laura Pearson, and Eric Pearson; also a fond sister-in-law and aunt to many nieces and nephews. Lorayne’s visitation will be Saturday, Jan. 10, 2004, from 9 a.m. until 12 noon at Hirsch Spindler-Koelling Chapel, 507 Exchange St., Crete.
