There’s a lot going on in the mad, mad world of Britney Spears:
– She’s rumored to be in talks to write a “setting the record straight” book, a tell-all that would touch on her relationships with Justin Timberlake, Fred Durst (ick) and Jason Alexander, according to teenmusic.com. The rumored title: “On My Own.”
– Her reps and Alexander’s friends deny that she paid off Alexander to accept the annulment of their 55-hour marriage, USA Today reports. They also deny a National Enquirer story that says she gave him a Porsche and $850,000 to smooth things over.
– She was seen outside a Los Angeles hospital, but her reps insist she was just accompanying her mom to a doctor’s appointment and that nothing is wrong with her.
