Punxsutawney Phil fans have descended upon the tiny Pennsylvania town to see if on Monday the world-famous groundhog will see his shadow–and run back underground for another six weeks of winter or stay out and usher in an early spring. Last year, 40,000 people came for the Groundhog Day celebrations.
