Colin E. Jackson, of Wheaton. A Memorial Service for Colin E. Jackson, 76, will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, at College Church, 332 E. Seminary, Wheaton. Colin went to be with his Savior on Sunday, Feb. 1, 2004, and now walks with Him in Glory. Although his presence will be dearly missed by his wife, Sonia; daughter, Karen; son, Wes; extended family and numerous friends; his life of service for Christ and His Kingdom, and his Victory in Him will be celebrated and remembered joyfully. Colin served in many organizations throughout his life, including American Express, National Assoc. Of Evangelicals, Encounter Ministries, Wheaton College, Honey Rock Camp and College Church. He considered all persons associated with Wheaton College or College Church as his extended family. Colin was born of the flesh in 1927. He was born of the Spirit in 1934. That which is born of the flesh may die. That which is born of the Spirit will Live Forever. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Church.
