Dolores A. Schaefer, 85, of West Chicago. Beloved wife of John whom she married on Sept. 5, 1942; dear mother of John (Marilyn) Schaefer and Susan Krisch; grandmother of five; great-grandmother of seven; fond sister of Pauline (Richard) Gesinski and Frederick Schneider; and former mother-in-law of Patricia Schaefer. Prayers will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday, from the Norris-Walen Funeral Home, 132 Fremont St., West Chicago to St. Mary’s Church, 140 N. Oakwood Ave., West Chicago. Mass 10 a.m. Burial Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside. Visitation will be on Sunday from 3 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
