Is Grissom leaving Las Vegas?
William Petersen, the star and executive producer of “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” hints in the current issue of Playboy that his days on prime time’s No. 1-rated series may be numbered.
“I’ll do ‘CSI’ until I legally don’t have to do it anymore,” Petersen told the magazine.
The Evanston native reportedly signed a five-year contract, which means he’s locked in until the end of the fifth season in May 2005.
Petersen, who has been vocal about his dislike of the “CSI” franchise, also told Playboy the original series will always be the best.
“They can do the show five nights a week … but as long as they don’t have my guys, they’re not going to do it as well.”
