Edward Tully Gardner, of Thousand Oaks, CA, born Feb. 10, 1918 in Chicago, graduate of Oak Park and River Forest H.S. and University of Illinois, former resident of Oak Park, IL and Naples, FL, died Feb, 16, 2004. Survived by four children, Michael, Nancy, Ed and Kay; and four grandchildren. Memorial Service Saturday, Feb. 21, 2004, at 11 a.m. at Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church, 744 Fair Oaks Ave., Oak Park, IL 60302, followed by reception.
