When she transferred to Naperville Central from Oak Park as a sophomore, Tiffany Hudson had no idea things would turn out like this. “It’s all a surprise and a blessing,” said the senior point guard who will join Buffalo Grove’s Ashley Sandstead, Harlan’s Lashawn Johnson and Edwardsville’s Amber Shelton at Illinois State this fall. “I never thought we’d be as successful as we are.” Hudson played a key role when Central, on a 24-game win streak and going for another Class AA state title, was without Candace Parker.
