Mary Shaw, beloved wife of the late Eugene A. Shaw; mother of Louise, Mary Ann, Jacob and Patricia. Mary was a great community activist, often organizing and distributing food and clothing to families in local communities and national disaster survivors. She will be greatly missed by her children, grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Sunday, March 7, 2004, at noon at St. Margaret of Scotland Church, 9837 S. Throop St., Chicago, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society in the name of Mary Shaw greatly appreciated.
