Gerald “Jerry” Cepek, of Caldwell Co., KY, born Jan. 31, 1936, in Chicago, IL, age 68, died Monday, March 1, 2004 at 9:30 p.m. at Princeton Health Care Manor, Princeton, KY, after a short illness. He was a phone installer, retired from AT&T. Husband of Mary Motzer Cepek of Princeton, KY; son of the late Jerry Cepek and the late Antonette Severa Cepek. Survived by one brother, Carl A. Cepek of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; several cousins, nieces and nephews; one brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Dick and Helen Motzer of Buchanan, TN; aunt Rose Jordan of Ft. Washington, MD. Visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Morgan’s Funeral Home, Princeton, KY. Service Friday, March 5, 2004, 10 a.m. at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, with Rev. Richard Danhauer officiating.
