Grace Manger Spalding Spomar, 103, Indianapolis, IN and Chicago, IL, died March 14, 2004. She was born June 7, 1900 in Chicago, IL. Grace loved the Chicago Tribune and followed world and local news with much interest. She enjoyed sewing, millinery, bridge, cooking and keeping up with her family. She was a member of the Flossmoor Women’s Club and the Indiana Republican Women’s S.C.O.R.E. Club. She worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Sturtz; granddaughter, Susan Galyen; great-grandchildren, Jennifer, Stephanie and Michael Galyen; stepgrandchildren, Paul and John Spomar; nieces Delores Donahue and Karen Janis, and her nephew H.
