Jones, 19, of Northbrook, March 25, 2004, loving son of David and Stacey Jones; brother of Taylor and Megan; grandson of June and the late Charles Chomsky, Marian and the late Robert Jones; nephew and cousin to many. Jeff was a Senior at Glenbrook North High School. Family and friends will meet for funeral mass Tuesday 10 a.m. at St. Norbert Catholic Church, 1809 Walters Avenue, Northbrook.
