As a woman of a certain age, I have attended a large number of events, including professional sports, concerts, festivals and so on.
I find it amusing that hysteria has taken hold at Soldier Field because men have to wait in line at the men’s restrooms (“Bears to draft a potty plan; Team is seeking to shorten lines for men’s toilets,” Metro, April 25). Waiting in line to use the restroom is business as usual for women and has been for many, many years.
As far as I know, millions of dollars have never been spent anywhere to alleviate the problem of women having to wait in long lines to use the restroom.
