– Dodge is recalling 320,188 2002-2004 Dakota pickup trucks and 2002-2003 Durango sport-utility vehicles because the windshield wipers may fail. Water can intrude in the wiper module, causing corrosion.
– Mercedes-Benz is recalling 680,000 E- and SL-Class cars to examine potential problems with a brake control system. The recall applies to E-Class limousines built after March 2002, T models built after March 2003 and SL vehicles made after October 2001 with the Sensotronic Brake Control system.
