Why: This little Federal Hill watering hole is a favorite among new Baltimore hipsters and blue-collar locals alike. If you’re in the mood for a laid-back evening, then park it at the bar and enjoy a pound of steamed shrimp and a pitcher of draft beer with your honey. Oh, and it’ll only cost you 10 bucks.
