“Clerks” will be released for the third time Sept. 7. The three-disc “Clerks: 10th Anniversary Edition” will include the theatrical cut, the original unrated version and lots of extras, including commentary with director Kevin Smith, audition tapes and the unaired “Clerks” TV pilot.
