Pamela Anderson’s baring it all in her new book–but not everyone is buying it.
The former Playboy Playmate’s debut novel, “Star,” which shows a nearly naked Anderson on the cover with a few strategically placed stars, will be replaced by a tamer cover featuring a white star on a pink background in family-oriented stores such as Wal-Mart.
The book, which hits stores Aug. 3, is about naive–and buxom–blond actress Star Wood Leigh, who lands a cover for a men’s magazine and goes on to fulfill her dreams.
Anderson says the story was “inspired” by her own life. No, really?
