Charles Haven Requa of Lake Forest, died on Saturday, July 31 after a struggle with melanoma. He was 61 and maintained his strength and zest for life up to the end. Born in Chicago on March 11, 1943, Chuck owned Memory Lane Motors in Lake Bluff. Chuck is survived by his wife Martha; daughters Polly (Dave) Duchow and Marny Requa, his granddaughter Eleanor Duchow, father, Charley, brother Patrick and his sister Tuckey. A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Friday, August 6 at The Church of the Holy Spirit, 400 E. Westminster, Lake Forest.
