Fran E. Whittin, nee Kauffman, age 61, of Buffalo Grove, at rest July 23, 2004, beloved wife of John D. Whittin; cherished sister of Rick (Rita) Kauffman, Tom (Stacey) Sheehan, Brian (Cher) Jacobsen, Perses Rathert and Mark (Kelly) O’Dette; loved aunt of 13 nieces and nephews and great-aunt of six. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dick Kauffman and Frances O’Dette. Visitation August 10, 10:30 a.m. until time of service at 11:30 a.m., at Long Grove Community Church, 1110 Robert Parker Coffin Road, Long Grove, IL.
