Hello fellow addict, I too enjoy the comforts of Diet Coke. (“Confessions of a Diet Coke addict,” Aug. 12) I think Diet Pepsi drinkers are sad, misguided individuals. I also prefer to patronize Diet Coke establishments. I am also particular to fountain Diet Coke. I think it has a much more robust, effervescent flavor and texture. There are also differences with fast-food restaurants. White Castle and McDonald’s are the best, while Burger King’s Diet Coke is just a little off. Like a fine wine, Diet Coke is to be celebrated and enjoyed whenever possible.
