Chicago: Fair skies with continued sub-normal temps. Scattered fair-weather cumulus clouds will allow plenty of sunlight, but that warming impetus will probably be counterbalanced, especially near the lake, by light east to SE winds off the cooler lake waters. Clear skies and cool night.
