Wendell H. Tuohy, age 73, longtime employee of A.C. Nielsen Company and active member of the American Legion Post in Evanston; cherished brother of C. Richard Bullock and James A. Bullock and uncle to many. Funeral service will be held 7 p.m., Wednesday at Yurs-Wittenberg Funeral Home, 1771 West State Street, (Rte. 38), Geneva, IL. Interment will be private.
