Angeline Palumbo, nee Benigno, age 90, passed away on Aug. 30, 2004 at Centegra Hospital, McHenry. She was a longtime resident of Woodstock, IL, beloved wife of the late Sam Palumbo; loving mother of the late Virginia “Jean” Schnell; proud grandmother of Jeffrey, Susan and Karen; loving “GiGi” of Erik, Karl, Ryan, Nicholas, Scott and Corey; fond sister of Sam, Lena, Josie and Joseph; fond and loving aunt of many nieces and nephews; friend to many. Grandma, you will be deeply missed-we loved you very much! Visitation will be Wednesday from 3 to 9 p.m. at The Original Rago Brothers Funeral Home, 7751 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago. Prayers will be said at the funeral home Thursday at 9:30 a.m., followed by a 10 a.m. Mass at St. Eugene Church, 7958 W. Foster, Chicago. Burial will be at Maryhill Cemetery in Niles.
