John F. “Jack” Kosinski, age 58, of Chicago, died on June 27, 2004 in Pulaski County. He was born on Sept. 17, 1945 in Chicago, the son of Mitchell and Loretta, nee Kubisiak, Kosinski. He was married to Eileen Kearns on Sept. 12, 1999 and she survives. John was a member of the Chicago Carpenters Union. He loved sailing and fishing. He is survived by his wife, Eileen Cann of Chicago; daughter, Janet (Thomas) Kerrigan of Chicago; brother, Mick (Karen) Kosinski of Elmhurst, IL; sister, Joyce (Kenneth) Piekut of Niles, IL; mother, Loretta Kosinski of Chicago; granddaughter, Nicole Kerrigan of Chicago; grandsons, T.J. Kerrigan and Jimmy Kerrigan, both of Chicago; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, Mitchell Kosinski; one daughter, Mary Kosinski; and one sister, Mary Kosinski. Memorial Service will be held on Sept. 17, 2004 at 7 p.m. at 6101 Montrose, Chicago, IL. A Mass Service will be held on Oct. 16, 2004 at 11 a.m. at St. Robert Bellarmine, 4646 N. Austin, Chicago, IL. Crain Funeral Home in Ullin is in charge of the local arrangements.
