Robert Frank Singer, 72, died on Thursday, Sept. 23, 2004 at 9:20 p.m. in Rockford Memorial Hospital. Born on Sept. 1, 1932 in Oak Park, IL to Frank and Pauline, nee Fischer, Singer. Lived the final five years of life in Belvidere, coming from Wheaton, IL. Married to Eileen, nee Boam, Singer for 49 years. Survivors include wife, Eileen; children, Susan (Terry) Mickow, Cary (Kay) Singer and Alan (Regina) Singer; and 12 grandchildren. Predeceased by parents and brother, Edward. Funeral Service on Monday, Sept. 27, 2004 at 3 p.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd., Rockford, IL, with Rev. Dr. Richard Wang officiating. Visitation from 1 p.m. to Service time.
