The National Women’s Business Center Inc., a non-profit group that serves entrepreneurs, is holding a series of courses to help firms develop government contract proposals.
The three courses, which will take place at the center’s offices in Washington Dec. 8-10, focus on developing technical proposals, government cost proposals and rates to ensure recovery of a firm’s expenses.
“Knowing how to answer the needs of government agencies in proposal language is no easy task,” Susan Kuhn, the center’s vice president of entrepreneurial programs, said in a news release. “We’ve assembled a team of experts to delve into what is required in government proposals and to spell out the specific processes necessary to construct winning proposals.”
