Marjorie Ryan, nee Charleston, Dec. 16, age 82. 60 year resident of Historic Pullman District. Beloved wife of George D. and the late Walter Harrison; loving mother of Robert (Lynn) Harrison and Susan (James) Buckingham; dearest grandmother of Tracy (Russell) Sage and Matthew Szura; great-grandmother of Logan Ryan Sage; sister of Carolyn (Arthur) Hilgart. Worshipped for 50 years at the Greenstone United Methodist Church where she served as chairperson of the Trustees Committee for many years. Member of the Historic Pullman Foundation volunteering as a guide at the Hotel Florence and throughout the District. She also served the Pullman Civic organization as Secretary for many years. Cremation was private. Memorial visitation will be held on Jan. 30, 2005 from 1 p.m. until time of services at 2 p.m. at the Greenstone United Methodist Church, 11211 St. Lawrence Ave., Chicago.
