Suspended NHL player Theo Fleury was cleared Friday to play for the Horse Lake Thunder, an independent Canadian hockey league team in northern Alberta, during the lockout. Hockey Alberta said documents were received during a second appeal that stated Fleury was not a locked-out player but a free agent.
