It looks like Chicago won’t have its own made-by-TV romance after all.
“Bachelorette” Jen Schefft gave Chicago’s Wendell the boot Monday night after she visited the hometowns and families of the four remaining suitors. Now, only Ryan, Jerry and John Paul remain.
It seems that Wendell’s rowdy relatives may have been a little too much for Jen. He handled the dismissal gracefully, admitting he just didn’t see the signs. “I’m pissed it wasn’t me,” he said in the limo, “but there’s nothing I can do about it.”
Jen’s loss could be Chicago’s gain: The thirtysomething entrepreneur with a cool crib and a fun family is now on the market, ladies.
