Chicago: Extensive cloudiness/lingering flurries as the day opens. But, the overcast breaks later this morning allowing sun to emerge. The better organized Indiana/SW Michigan lake-effect snow showers as the day begins taper to flurries and gradually end. Pt. cloudy, cold Thursday night. Some single digit lows well inland.
