Helen A. Humpa, nee Wojcik, age 91, of Schaumburg for 34 years and formerly of Logan Square in Chicago for 23 years. She was raised in Chicago around Ashland and Division Streets. Beloved wife of the late Mitchell J. Humpa; loving mother of Melvin (Mary Kay) and Norbert (Georgann); cherished grandmother of Gregory, Paul, Philip, Mark and Julie; greatgrandmother of seven; dear sister of the late Bernice Mucha, Leonard and Edward Wojcik; aunt of many nieces and nephews. Helen and Mitchell were charter members of St. Matthew Church, Schaumburg and she was an excellent cook and loved sewing. Visitation will be at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 330 W. Golf Rd., Schaumburg, Sunday from 3 to 9 p.m. Prayers 9:15 a.m. Monday to St. Matthew Church, Schaumburg. Mass 10 a.m. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
