Goundas, age 88, Veteran U.S. Army WWII, beloved husband of 59 years to Mary, nee Moukas; loving father of Rita Goundas Kay and Christine (Scott) Smith; proud grandfather of Greg and Tom Smith; dear brother of the late John A. (Adriana) Goundas, the late Demetra (the late Steve) Bellas and the late Lefkothea (the late Antoni) Mitsis; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Mr. Goundas was the former owner for 37 years of Granada Luncheonette, 6437 N. Sheridan Rd. in Chicago.
