Alan “Boomie” Wasserman, died of a broken heart and will be joining his recently deceased and much beloved wife Elaine, nee Levin. He will be dearly missed by his loving children, Jack (Lymor), Joel (Annie), Maurice (Patricia) and Mara. The proud papa to his “tuchee” girls Maya and Madison, and his new grandson Elan. He always remained part of the lives of the children from his first marriage to Ellie; Marty (Geri) Karlin and Cindy Sharfman. Dearest brother of Barbara Miramonte. Special brother-in-law to Allen (Paula) Levin and the late Michelle Levin. Will be dearly missed by his cousins Mike Feldman, Arnie Wasserman, Stuart Heller, Nini (Ted) Falconer. Adored by his dear friends Jackie and Sol Jolcover and numerous nieces and nephews. Services, Friday, 10:30 a.m. at the Chicago Jewish Funerals Chapel, 195 North Buffalo Grove Road (one block north of Lake Cook Road), Buffalo Grove. Interment Sunset Memorial Lawns.
