Two things I’d like to know:
Why is the CTA not self-sufficient? My train is always packed.
Why is Chicago’s transportation system not a Chicago issue? I assume that it falls under the RTA. The CTA has connections to suburban public transit, but how can the mayor argue that it is not his/our problem?
