On Wednesday, it was especially good to be Nancy Faust at U.S. Cellular Field. It’d be a good day for you, too, if a major-league team celebrated a day in your honor. Faust, the Sox’s organist since 1970, threw out the first pitch (left) as part of “Nothing But Nancy Day.” Faust, who is known for her quirky song selection, played all of the in-game music in the Sox’s 5-1 win over the Royals.
