Survived by husband Hank Hoffman of The Villages, FL; sons Richard H. Hoffman of Voorhees, NJ, and Philip H. Hoffman of Niles, IL; sister Margaret Van De Carr of River Forest, IL; two grandchildren, David and Jessica.
