Tom Turcan, age 60, resident of Third Lake, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2005 at Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL. He was born Aug. 3, 1945 in Chicago to the late John and Anne Turcan. John is survived by his children, John Turcan and Gina (Michael) Britt; his grandchildren, Tom, Jonathan, Chris, Tyler and Dennis; and his brother, Rich Turcan. He was preceded in death by his aforementioned parents. A Funeral Mass is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 10, 2005 at 11 a.m. at St. Gilbert Catholic Church, 301 E. Belvidere Rd., Grayslake, IL, 60030. Interment will be held immediately after the Service at Ascension Catholic Cemetery in Libertyville, IL. Friends of the family may visit on Sunday, Oct. 9, 2005 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 E. Belvidere Rd., Grayslake, IL 60030.
