Craig D. Thompson, 41, of Phoenix, AZ, formerly of Chicago, passed away Sunday, Sept. 18, 2005. Craig is survived by his daughter Kelsea; his parents Ken and Dorothy; his sisters Karen Joy and Kirsten Rodway; and many other loving relatives and friends. A memorial service was held at Ernie’s in Scottsdale, AZ. A second celebration of Craig’s life will be held on Friday, October 14, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., at 2324 Fairchild Lane, West Chicago (Kirsten’s house). In lieu of flowers, donations to Kelsea’s college fund (at above address) or to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 1131, Fairfax, VA 22038 www.diabetes.org, can be made in Craig’s name. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
