Chicago: After a chilly start with dawn temperatures near 40(degrees), readings quickly jump into the lower 60s along with plenty of sunshine. Northeast winds at 10-15 m.p.h., but a bit stronger at the lakefront. Clear skies, cool temperatures overnight with lows from 40(degrees) inland to 50(degrees) downtown.
