Jacquelyn “Jackie” Krill, nee McCormick, left this world on Oct. 11, 2005 surrounded by peace and love at her home in the arms of her family. Jackie was 77 years old. Longtime resident of Whitefish Bay. Beloved wife of 36 years of the late Richard J. Krill, M.D.; loving mother of Candice, Michael, Jeffrey (Sara), Andrew (Kay), Jon, Kathleen and Patrick (Kristin) Krill; proud grandmother of Patrick, Robert, Margaret, John and James; dear sister of Jeanne Taggett; sister-in-law of William Kickham, Patricia (Gerard) Murphy, John (Yvonne) Krill, Charles Taggett and of the late Rosemary Kickham. Jackie’s extended family includes Georgia and Jim Boone and her dear beloved companion, Patrick Madden. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. Jackie was president of Franklin X. McCormick Publishing Company. She was a member of the National Church Goods Association and was appointed a Lady of the Order of The Holy Sepulcher by Pope John Paul II in 1996. Among other things, she enjoyed singing, tap dancing, and playing the harmonica. She was always a lot of fun and will be especially remembered for her wit and charm. Jackie will be deeply missed by her family and by all whose lives she touched. Visitation will be held on Friday, Oct. 14, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Feerick Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Monica’s Catholic Church, intersection of East Silver Spring Drive and N. Santa Monica Blvd., Whitefish Bay, WI, followed by interment services at Holy Cross Cemetery.
