It is imperative that all Americans of good conscience demand that Congress not authorize George W. Bush to use the military should there be an outbreak of avian flu in this country. Apparently Bush knows no other way of dealing with problems than to shoot and kill.
Give him this authorization and he will turn the United States into Iraq.
Then we will need not fear terrorists because the job will be done by our own Texas weapon of mass destruction.
How about consulting the capable Centers for Disease Control and Prevention instead?
