A judge Wednesday ordered a mental evaluation for a
14-year-old boy being held in a school shooting in Jacksboro, Tenn., that left an administrator dead and two others wounded. The 10-minute hearing was Kenneth Bartley’s first since the Nov. 8 shooting at Campbell County Comprehensive High School.
