Mary Margaret Elwood, age 83, long time Villa Park and Chicago (St. Leo Parish) resident, passed away Dec. 8 in Bradley, IL. She had worked for 35 years as a Clerk for the Internal Revenue Service’s Loop Offices. Daughter of the late Margaret, nee O’Brien and Joseph Elwood; sister of Catherine (late Paul) Skalman and the late Norene (Henry) Biermattei, and Joseph (late Mary) Elwood; devoted and loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. Resting at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W. 14th St., (US Rt. 30, 3 blks E. of Western Ave.), Chicago Heights on Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. Funeral Monday, 9:15 a.m. to St. Boniface Church, Monee.
