All of the city’s roughly 37,000 full time employee, from truck drivers to firefighters, would be required to undergo annual ethics training under a proposal advanced Tuesday at city hall. The measure would broaden an ordinance that applies to 3,800 mostly high level employees, including aldermen, department heads and other supervisors.
